This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and World Limited Recordings ("Licensor") for the software product "Cloner" ("Software"), which includes associated media, printed materials, and electronic documentation.
By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
b) License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software or make the Software available to any third party.
c) Use the Software for any illegal purposes.
The Software is licensed, not sold. Cloner / World Limited Recordings retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.
The Software uses the following third-party programs in accordance with their respective licenses:
Ecc0, which includes FFmpeg. Ecc0 is open-source and available under a GPL 2.0 license. You can obtain the source code and license information for Ecc0 here.
Waversurfer, which is open-source and available under a BSD 3-Clause License. You can obtain the source code and license information for Wavesurfer here
Music-metadata, which is open-source and available under a MIT License. You can obtain the source code and license information for Music-metadata here
The purchase price of the Software includes one year of updates from the date of purchase. You have lifetime access to Cloner, however if you want to have the latest version after one year, you may need to purchase a new license to receive further updates.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
In no event shall Cloner or World Limited Recordings be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
